Environmental Volunteers believe that all children deserve to learn about the natural world through personal exploration, so they can become responsible stewards of the Earth. They believe that what children appreciate and love, they will protect. EV volunteers lead field trips and coordinate classroom visits to introduce students to the natural world. Since they started in 1972, more than 400,000 children and adults have explored natural science learning with the EV's. In this story we accompany them on this journey. (Produced by Rick Bacigalupi)
